Wrap-up: YLC Kick-off Event

The Youth Leadership Council (YLC), which is made up of high school students across San Antonio, is off to a tremendous start. The YLC kick-off event, which was held at UT Health San Antonio on September 19, brought together 44 parents and 74 high school students to learn about the YLC and general teen health and wellness. As part of the YLC, members will take part in monthly meetings, community service projects, leadership skill building activities, and more. We look forward to hearing more about your experiences in the YLC and sharing more resources as the year unfolds.
